  • Should have firm grasp of how the web works, networking, software and product knowledge.
  • Participate in providing training to customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide support for Apple devices.
  • Provide excellent client facing experience.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints.
  • Work with the sales team for a seamless retail experience.
  • Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data submission.
  • Keep a track of warranty of demo devices.
  • Maintainance of official devices.
  • Being updated on technical knowledge required for the job.
  • Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops.
  • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date.
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.


  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
