  • Greeting and helping customers.
  • Should have excellent product demonstration and presentation skill.
  • Should be good at customer handling.

  • Prepare funnel sheets and keep track of leads. Be abreast at SEED.
  • Participate in team meets to discuss targets and plans.
  • Should be innovative and should have result focused approach.
  • Inventory Management & Coordinating for stock as per customer’s requirement.
  • Quickly establish rapport with customers, up-sell and cross sell products.
  • Should be willing to undertake outbound activities, if required.
  • Should possess the ability to multitask, handle crowds and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and facilitate purchasing.
  • Ensure racks are stocked as per guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with new products and services.
  • Provide feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Should be able to follow processes and instructions accurately.
  • Maintain, encourage and possess “ownership mentality”.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attend all required training.
  • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by the manager.
  • Ability to perform in fast paced environments.
  • Thorough job knowledge.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic.
