Job description
- Setting up and configuring of new devices after the purchase and billing
- Resolving escalated customer complaints
- Providing Support services to customers like: device activation, data transfers, troubleshooting, configuration etc.
- Doing customer trainings
- Attending Outbound customer calls
- Maintaining in store and outbound client database
- Updating clients with the new features and updates
- Increasing attach and doing upsell by suggesting insurance, 3PP and other products to customers.
- Maintaining all servers and network inside the stores
- Store equipment and demo device maintenance
- Maintaining Demo Content
- Taking follow up and ensuring demo device warranty
- Make sure demo devices are ready for demos – checking for charging, pairing etc.
- Assisting Sales during demos to answer customer queries
- Keeping yourself updated with latest tech news and other information like – software updates, New operating system etc.
