your store on track.
•Manage merchandising and ageing at the store.
•Manage profitability along with the targets given.
•Lead the team proactively to ensure maximum productivity
•Mentor, train, motivate and provide feedback to team members
•Ensure that the brand standards are maintained
•Fulfill store administration responsibilities and ensure compliance with
policies and procedures.
•Provide excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
