• Provides a positive customer experience with fast and error free billing process.
• Manage all types of transaction with customers.
• Enter correct customer data and capture customer details in the ERP.
• Taking Inwards and creating GRNs.
• Be abreast with the ERP System.
• Should have good knowledge of GST, E- way Bill etc.
• Be part of a continuous learning process to keep your knowledge up to date.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
