Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication:
o Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. o Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Sales and Lead Management:
o Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
o Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information via
email.
o Research and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline. o Close sales and achieve sales targets consistently.
3. Product Knowledge:
o Stay updated with the latest product and service information and updates.
o Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services to
potential customers.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
o Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
o Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales
activities in the system.
5. Competitive Analysis:
o Stay informed about competing products and services in the market.
o Utilize competitive information to highlight the advantages of Inspire –
Apple’s offerings.
6. Upselling and Cross-selling:
o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
7. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and
achieve company goals.
o Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on market trends and
customer needs.
8. Customer Satisfaction:
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
o Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and to solicit feedback.
