Responsibilities:
Develop and Design Training Programs:
- Design, create, and update training programs that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
- Incorporate effective instructional design principles to ensure engaging and impactful training content.
Training Schedule and Coordination:
- Coordinate the training schedule to ensure all new staff commence training as per schedule.
- Monitor and ensure existing staff participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with various training modules.
Training Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps among the staff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific training requirements.
Training Module Development:
- Develop and design training modules that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Utilise various media and tools to create interactive and effective training materials.
Training Calendar and Methodology:
- Create a comprehensive training calendar, encompassing both in-person and online training sessions.
- Select appropriate training methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning, and hands-on sessions.
Training Records and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all staff.
- Gather feedback from trainees to continually improve training programs.
Impact Assessment:
- Assess the impact and effectiveness of training on employee skills and performance.
- Implement improvements based on assessment outcomes.
Training Program Monitoring:
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and manuals.
- Make necessary updates and adjustments to training materials as required.
SEED and AEP Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure that all store staff maintain their SEED status.
- Ensure that all staff attend required Apple training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Customer Training and Engagement:
- Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their product knowledge and user experience.
Store Support and Sales Activities:
- Participate in store support and sales activities as per schedule to stay connected with the store environment.
